Led by medalist Payton Dunahee, Prairie Central High School's boys golf team won the Illini Prairie Conference Tournament on Tuesday at El Paso Golf Club.
Dunahee shot a 73 to win by two shots over Central Catholic's Cory Hundman. Prairie Central had a 319 total, followed by the Saints at 325.
Prairie Central's Ty Drach was third with a 78 and teammate Austin Friedman took fifth at 80. Pontiac was third (348) and Olympia sixth (380).
St. Thomas More won the girls title with a 336, led by medalist Alaina Bowie's 75. Central Catholic was second at 342, paced by Faith Glazebrook's fourth-place 81. Tying for second individually at 78 were Pontiac's Dani Grace Schrock and IVC's Alaine Grant.
Olympia was third (387), Prairie Central fifth (395) and Pontiac sixth (406).
West wins: Aniya Monla had 15 digs and six aces to help lead host Normal West to a 25-16, 25-17 Big 12 Conference win over Danville.
Averie Hernandez had nine kills for the Wildcats (9-7, 2-1) with Tyler Stark contributing 13 assists.
Kraft, Iron top Champaign: Sophomore outside hitter Kate Kraft had 16 kills and Kendra Marshall added 11 as Normal Community defeated Champaign Central, 21-25, 25-22, 27-25 at Normal.
Kacie Myers distributed 21 assists for NCHS (7-4, 4-0) while also adding three aces. Isabelle McCormick and Madison Feeney each had 15 digs.
Tri-Valley cruises: Tri-Valley remained undefeated in HOIC play while improving to 22-1 overall with a 25-15, 25-21 win over Ridgeview at Downs. Summer Sheley had eight kills for the Vikings with Landry Warfel adding 13 assists and Regan Danko nine digs.
Haleigh Beck had 13 digs and Izzy Helmig 11 assists for Ridgeview (9-9, 0-4).
Dee-Mack tops Heyworth: Hope McGinnes had 11 kills to lead Deer Creek-Mackinaw to a 25-15, 25-19 HOIC win at Heyworth. Shelby DeBoolt added 15 assists and seven aces for Dee-Mack (10-4, 5-1), while Ellie Schmidgall had six digs.
Eureka edges Flanagan: Alexis Charlton contributed seven kills while Darby Leman had eight assists and Emily Street 12 digs in Eureka's 25-23, 25-18 win over Flanagan-Cornell at Flanagan.
Kayla Van Weelden paced Flanagan with eight kills and 14 digs. Kortney Harms had 13 assists.
Lexington prevails: Tia Hardt had 10 kills as Lexington won an HOIC match over visiting Tremont, 25-18, 25-17. Faith Keagle added 10 assists and Jayden Standish had 10 digs for Lexington (6-7, 2-2). Talia Meyer had five kills and Becca Olson 14 digs for Tremont.
EPG tops GCMS: Led by Madi Funk's 11 kills, El Paso-Gridley defeated GCMS, 25-19, 25-13 in a Heart of Illinois Conference match at Gibson City. Addison Benedict had 25 assists for the Titans with Sam Allen contributing 12 digs. Jessica Freehill had eight kills and Mady Schutte 12 assists for GCMS.

Fieldcrest wins: Gracie Schultz contributed eight kills and two aces in helping Fieldcrest defeat Fisher, 25-15, 25-15 in an HOIC match at Minoni. Alyx Carls and Caroline Holland each had eight digs for the Knights (12-4). Zada Baker dished out 10 assists.
Hartem prevails over Prairie Central: Hartsburg-Emden grabbed a 25-22, 25-18 win over Prairie Central at Fairbury. Briley Hoffman had eight assists and Brianna Seeman 11 digs for Prairie Central.
Blue Ridge posts win: Neadia Beadle had eight kills in Blue Ridge's 25-7, 27-25 win over Arthur-Lovington-Atwood-Hammond at Arthur. Gracie Schaffer added 13 assists, Jenna Mozingo 12 digs and Mackenzie Drewes three blocks for Blue Ridge (20-4, 5-0).
Cornerstone falls: Anna Hancock had seven digs and Alayna Schippert six in Cornerstone Christian's 25-7, 25-9 home loss to Arthur.
Ironmen rout Peoria: Jerry Shi netted a pair of goals to lead Normal Community to a 7-0 Big 12 Conference win over Peoria at Normal.
Michael Reibling, Ulises Castaneda, Antoine Calmes, Elmer Mercado and Adam Reed added goals for the Ironmen, who improved to 4-8-2 and 2-3-3 in the Big 12. Ryan Elofson had two assists for NCHS, which outshot Peoria 19-1.
Elijah Maze, Spencer Fulton and David Perdomo shared goalkeeping duties in the shutout.
U High rolls: University High scored nine goals in the first 16 minutes of the game en route to a 10-0 Central State Eight conference win over Springfield Lanphier at Normal.
Wyatt Berg, Jared Cornejo and Thomas Feely each scored two goals for the Pioneers, who improved to 10-2 overall and 4-2 in league play. Camden Brown, Chase Hari, Maison DePauw and Ethan Tudor also added goals. Sam Moore had two assists.
U High outshot Lanphier 26-0.
Central falls: Undefeated Monticello (14-0) scored four second half goals to defeat Central Catholic, 4-1, in an Illini Prairie Conference match at Hundman Field.
Kyle Vroman scored Central's only goal with an assist from Jaylen Bischoff.'
David Broadbear had 14 saves for the Saints (4-11, 2-1).
Cornerstone races past Blue Ridge: Webby Phiri and Brian Matipa each scored a hat trick as Cornerstone defeated Blue Ridge, 7-1, at Farmer City.
Ridge Willard also scored a goal for the Cyclones (9-2-2), who outshot Blue Ridge 23-8.
Cornerstone goalkeeper Sam Walker had four saves. Blue Ridge fell to 6-9-2.
