Eureka High School senior outside hitter Hailey Flowers, a Radford University recruit, was a unanimous pick on the all-Heart of Illinois Conference volleyball team for the second straight year along with Deer Creek-Mackinaw's Carson Smalley.

Seniors Hailey Flowers of Eureka High School and Carson Smalley of Deer Creek-Mackinaw were unanimous selections on the all-Heart of Illinois Conference volleyball team for the second straight year.

They were joined as unanimous picks in a vote of league coaches by Dee-Mack senior Addy Gruse and El Paso-Gridley junior Madi Funk.

Smalley, Flowers, Funk and Lexington junior Jayden Standish were repeaters from last year's first team.

Also making the first team were Eureka senior Courtney Heffren, EPG senior Ashlyn Mool, Fieldcrest senior Emma Petersen, Flanagan-Cornell junior Kayla VanWeelden and Tri-Valley juniors Alivia Larson and Regan Danko.
