BHS, which improved to 30-4, also received 14 service points from Grace Sanders, eight digs from Bett O'Neal and four blocks from Lexi Packard.
The Purple Raiders will face No. 5 seed Normal Community (16-20) in Thursday's 6 p.m. final. The Iron upset No. 4 seed Pekin, 25-19, 25-14.
Abby Biddle and Colby Oltman had eight kills apiece for NCHS while Katie Gerig had 20 assists. Izzy McCormick provided 13 digs and Addy Boundy two aces.
Normal West advances: Freshman Averie Hernandez had nine kills for Normal West (24-11) in a 25-22, 25-18 victory over Rock Island in the Class 4A East Moline Regional semifinals.
Dara Kane added 19 assists for the No. 3-seeded Wildcats, who face No. 2 seed Moline for the title at 6 p.m. Thursday. Leigha Bland chipped in three aces while Aniya Monla had seven digs.
Olympia ousted: Rose McManaman led Olympia with nine kills as the seventh-seeded Spartans suffered a 25-15, 25-20 loss to No. 1 Quincy Notre Dame in a Macomb Regional semifinal. Kaelyn Leverson had 12 digs and Kalli Terrell 11 for Olympia (15-20).
Clinton ends season: No. 4 seed Mount Zion won, 25-17, 25-17, over No. 6 seed Clinton in the semifinals of the Class 3A Mount Zion Regional. The Maroons received nine assists from Delaney Woodbury, four kills from Tori Burke and three digs apiece from Destiny Schlesinger and Jayd Rich.
Eureka makes final: No. 1 seed Eureka (31-3) used 12 kills and nine digs from Hailey Flowers to turn back No. 7 seed Putnam County, 25-11, 25-13, in the Class 2A Putnam County Regional semifinals at Granville.
The Hornets, who will face No. 4 seed Peru St. Bede in Thursday's 6 p.m. final, also received 16 assists from Amy Pineda and 14 service points from Katie Morin.
Fieldcrest moves on: No. 3 seed Fieldcrest (26-8) eliminated No. 7 seed GCMS, 25-21, 25-10, in the semifinals of the Class 2A Fieldcrest Regional at Minonk.
Emma Petersen led the Knights with seven kills while Lexi Jochums provided 10 assists and nine digs. Madi Hock added 10 digs and Alyx Carls had four aces and nine digs.
Fieldcrest will face No. 2 seed Herscher in Thursday's 6 p.m. final. Herscher stopped No. 10 seed LeRoy, 25-13, 25-20.
Tri-Valley, EPG triumph: Alivia Larson's eight kills paced No. 1 seed Tri-Valley to a 25-14, 25-14 victory over No. 6 seed Watseka in the Class 2A Iroquois West Regional semifinals at Gilman. The Vikings will face El Paso-Gridley for the title at 6 p.m. Thursday.
Regan Danko added 14 digs and Riley Owens 14 assists for Tri-Valley, which received 4½ blocks from Anaiah Akwa.
No. 4 seed EPG (24-8) edged No. 5 seed PBL, 25-18, 18-25, 25-18, with help from Ashlyn Mool's 21 kills. Ashlyn Stone added 32 assists, Kami Haney 19 digs and Allie Paternoga three blocks.
Dee-Mack moves on: No. 3 seed Deer Creek-Mackinaw (24-10) got seven kills and five aces from Carson Smalley in a 25-16, 25-13 victory over No. 6 seed Brimfield in the semifinals of the Class 2A Illini Bluffs Regional at Glasford.
The Chiefs (24-10), who will face the host school in Thursday's 6 p.m. final, also received nine assists and six aces from Morgan Burr while Kassie Rich had eight digs.
Lexington victorious: Gracy Michal's 35 assists paved the way as No. 6 Lexington downed No. 3 Gardner, 25-20, 25-17, in a Flanagan-Cornell Regional semifinal at Flanagan.
The Minutemen also received 17 kills and 24 digs from Tia Hardt, while Jayden Standish added 24 digs and 14 kills as Lexington advanced to Thursday's championship match against No. 2 Flanagan-Cornell, which ousted Woodland, 25-15, 25-12.
Mount Pulaski triumphs: Chloe Olson's 14 assists helped No. 1-seeded Mount Pulaski to a 25-9, 25-7 victory over No. 7 Edinburg in a Lincolnwood Regional semifinal at Raymond. Abigail Fitzpatrick contributed nine kills and 10 digs for the Hilltoppers.
Hartem wins: Memphis-recruit Anna Hayes had 18 kills and eight digs for No. 1 seed Hartsburg-Emden in a 25-21, 25-15 victory over No. 6 seed Illini Central in the semifinals of the Class 1A Hartsburg-Emden Regional.
Grace Beekman added 12 kills and 19 assists for the Stags (31-4) will will face No. 5 seed Roanoke-Benson in Thursday's 6 p.m. final. The Rockets downed No. 4 seed Elmwood, 25-16, 25-21.
Hartem also received nine digs from Lexi Barry and five blocks from Alaina Bradburn.
Cissna Park tops Fisher: Top-seeded Cissna Park beat No. 10 Fisher, 25-12, 25-22, in a Cissna Park Regional semifinal. Shelbee Owens paced the Bunnies with seven kills, while Cameron McGrew had nine assists and Casey Wagner eight digs.
Blue Ridge tops Ridgeview: Polly Reynolds had 12 kills and two blocks as No. 1-seeded Blue Ridge downed No. 7 Ridgeview, 25-20, 25-22, in the Ridgeview Regional semifinals at Colfax. The Knights (30-6) also received 23 assists and two aces from Avery Fisher while Hannah Brackenhoff contributed 14 digs.
