EUREKA - The District 140 school board received preliminary proposals for several possible facility renovations and additions at Monday evening's board meeting.
These included ones in each of the three buildings in town, Davenport Elementary, as well as the middle and high schools.
“These are high-level projects for our district. Projects that we’ve considered for a long time, some projects that came as a result of our consolidation study. You’re going to see different gym proposals. We are not going to do all of the gym proposals, but this is more of high-level ideas and some cost estimates for our options,” Superintendent Bob Bardwell told the board. “We are not committed to any of these projects. Our job after this presentation is to consider these items and start to prioritize where we want to start."
