CONGERVILLE – Marjorie Leah Knapp, 88, died at 7:20 a.m., Sunday, Sept. 9, 2018, at the Apostolic Christian Home of Eureka.
She was born Jan. 25, 1930, in Rankin, the daughter of William and Lizzie Neukomm Farney. She married Frederick Knapp on Oct. 22, 1950. He survives.
Other survivors include one son, Rick (Kathy) Knapp; six daughters, LuAnn (Clarence) Zobrist, Peggy (Randy) Selvey, Lori (Larry) Wiegand, Karen (Dennis) Leman, Lisa (Clark) Leman and Susan (Mike) Zobrist; 35 grandchildren; 106 great-grandchildren and two sisters, Clara Bodagar and Lucille Baker.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, eight sisters and one great-granddaughter.
A child of our Redeemer, Marjorie was a member of the Congerville Apostolic Christian Church, Congerville.
Services will be held Wednesday at 10 a.m. at the church with ministers of the church officiating. Visitation will take place Tuesday from 4 to 8 p.m. in the fellowship hall of the Goodfield AC Church, Goodfield, and Wednesday morning from 9 to 9:45 a.m. at the Congerville AC Church. Burial will follow the service in the Goodfield-Congerville AC Cemetery, rural Goodfield. Argo-Ruestman-Harris Funeral Home in Eureka is in charge of the arrangements.
