ROANOKE - A concerned effort with regards to high percentage field goal attempts paid off for Roanoke-Benson on Friday night. The Rockets converted 30 of 54 from the field for 56 percent in a 67-44 win over Tri-County Conference rival and homecoming foe Henry at Dick Broers Gymnasium.

Of the 37 points R-B (13-4, 4-1) amassed in the opening half, 30 were in the lane, as they surged out to a 20-point lead at intermission.

"The first half, especially the first quarter, our shot charts showed a lot of shots were in the paint," R-B coach Abe Zeller commented. "I was very pleased with that."

Kyle Kolb and Luke Rasmuson each finished with 13 points for R-B.

Henry (15-5, 2-3), which began the season at 11-0, received a game-high 16 points from Jake Kennedy.
